This course is a "live online" course (online sessions on Mondays/Wednesdays) with a "ProctorFree" exam. You will need a built-in or external webcam, a quiet/private environment, and a reliable internet connection.
Also required is a photo I.D., calculator, and scratch paper. You will be asked to show these items at the start of your exam.
The dates of this class are July 6, July 8, July 13, July 15, 2020 and the sessions are from 9AM CDT to 6PM CDT. The exam block is July 20 - July 22, 2020.
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding and working knowledge of the procedures and techniques required to assess personal property. This course concentrates on the skills necessary for listing, appraising and assessing the market value of properties using the three approaches to value: the cost approach, income approach and sales comparison approach. This course offers a broad mixture of theory and practical application.
