BROUGHT TO YOU BY FOTL
Announcing the very first research study funded (in part) by the Friends of the Library:
A staffing benchmark study had not been conducted by IAAO for 27 years. This year, the Research Committee has partnered with Brigham Young University to conduct the survey and update these benchmarks. Results will be published soon and an Executive Summary posted here for the benefit of the entire assessment community.
The Research Committee hopes to update the study every five years to keep the benchmarks current and to analyze trends over time.

WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT THE LIBRARY
The Library is my favorite IAAO resource.
~Melinda Fonda, Assessor
The library staff do a great job bringing us the latest articles, books, etc. I have been a member of other appraisal organizations, and the IAAO library is the best.
~Gustavo A Mejido, State Certified Residential Appraiser
This is a great service offered by IAAO.
