Illinois Property Assessment Institute
The Illinois Property Assessment Institute, IPAI, mission is twofold:
To provide education seminars on property appraisal and assessment administration.
To promote improved standard of assessment practices by providing a means of education for assessment personnel on all matters pertaining to property calculation and assessment in the state of Illinois, according to the statutes.
