The IAAO 40th Annual Legal Seminar will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix on December 5-6, 2019 and will cover legal topics of interest to members of the assessment and property tax industry. Topics for the two-day seminar include recent developments in real property taxation, a discussion of the recent fee simple paper, and ethics for attorneys.

Seminar - December 5-6, 2019

Includes materials, breaks and lunches.
IAAO Member (received by November 1) - $500
Non-Member (received by November 1) - $700

IAAO Member After Deadline or On-site - $550
Non-Member After Deadline or On-site - $750

Refund and Cancelation Policy:

Guarantees for food service, printing, and space rental cannot be changed by IAAO at the last moment. For this reason we must adhere to strict guidelines. Requests for refunds will be honored, less a $100 processing fee, only if the request is received in writing by IAAO no later than November 1st, 2019. No refunds will be made after November 1st, 2019. No refunds are given for no-shows.
