Valuer, the quarterly technical publication for professionals in real estate valuation and rating published by the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation, is available to IAAO members. In addition, Insight the monthly journal of the IRRV, packed with news and views from the worlds of Revenues, Rating, Valuation and Benefit Administration, is also available.
Through an agreement between IAAO and IRRV, the two groups will offer their publications (IRRV’s Valuer & Insight and IAAO’s Fair+Equitable) to each other’s members through their respective websites.
The Institute, based in London, has a membership of over 2,400 working in both the public and private sector within the fields of revenues, benefits and valuation.
