The Exhibitor Showcase gives business partners the opportunity to present live demonstrations in a dedicated space outside the Exhibit Hall and connect directly with conference attendees.
Returning in 2026, the Exhibitor Showcase offers exhibitors and sponsors the opportunity to highlight their products, services, and solutions through live demo sessions in a dedicated presentation space outside the Exhibit Hall.
These sessions are designed to give attendees a closer look at the latest tools and innovations—and leave them wanting to learn more.
Presenter Requirements
To participate in the Exhibitor Showcase:
- A brief submission form must be completed
- Only the lead presenter’s name is required during submission
- All presenters must be registered for the conference
- Sessions will be open to all conference attendees

Exhibitor Showcase sessions are provided at no additional cost for annual conference exhibitors who are also Bronze level sponsors or above.

Available for Exhibitors
A limited number of session opportunities may also be available for exhibitors who are not sponsors, based on space and scheduling.
Selection of session time slots will be based on each company’s combined 2026 conference exhibiting and sponsorship investment level.
Session Format & Schedule
- Session Length: 60 minutes
- Days Offered: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Start Times: Sessions will follow the conference education session schedule
- Setup Time: Presenters will have access to the room 15 minutes prior to their session start time
Room Setup & Audio/Visual
The session area will seat a minimum of 50 attendees.
Equipment Provided by IAAO
The following equipment will be provided for each Exhibitor Showcase session:
- Screen
- LCD projector
- HDMI cable from projector to podium
- Podium
- One six-foot table
- Three chairs
- One microphone at the podium
- One microphone at the table
Presenter Responsibilities
Presenting companies will be responsible for providing:
- A laptop
- Any adapters needed to connect to the HDMI cable
- Their own lead retrieval process
Any attendee scanning conducted by IAAO will be used for attendance count only.
Additional Equipment
Additional AV equipment may be available at the presenting company’s expense.
