Ginny Whipple, AAS, is a second-year member of the IAAO Board of Directors, representing Region 2. Outside of IAAO, she serves as the Bartholomew County Assessor in Columbus, Indiana.
She previously served on the Board of Directors from 2017 until 2019 and in 2024 was part of the Advocacy Task Force. She has also chaired and been appointed to a variety of IAAO Task Forces and Committees. She received the Assessment Administration Specialist designation from IAAO, has served as an IAAO Senior Instructor, and as a IAAO Course Coordinator for Indiana.
She has 34 years of mass appraisal experience, is an Indiana Certified Level III Assessor/Appraiser, and was elected Bartholomew County Assessor for 2019 thru 2026.
