Veronica Nalley, Learning Project Manager, joined IAAO in 2020 as an instructional designer. She collaborates with IAAO members and fellow learning design professionals to enhance and expand IAAO education offerings. A pragmatic approach and a passion for learning science fuel her work creating learner-centered experiences.
Teaching and learning are at the center of Veronica’s professional experience. She has been a learner, an instructor, and an instructional designer in all her professional roles, regardless of the job title. Veronica holds a Master Instructional Designer designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Pedgagogy and Piano Performance from the University of Central Missouri.
Outside of work, Veronica continues her lifelong piano studies and geeks out on classical music and New York Times crossword puzzles. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and school-aged son.
