The 2026 IAAO Legal Seminar will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, December 10-11, 2026, at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel. During the seminar attendees will hear from industry experts on legal topics of interest to members of the assessment and property tax industry.
Continuing Legal Education
Continuing Legal Education credits (CLEs) will be available, and IAAO will seek approval for continuing legal education credits for states that are requested by Oct. 1. The amount of CLE credit varies by state. Requests for CLE credit must be made no later than Oct. 1. Note: Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are not the same as CEUs. Hotel Reservations
The Legal Seminar will take place at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the re-energized Midtown Arts District which also includes nearby attractions like Piedmont Park, Georgia Aquarium, and the Fox Theater.
Attendees can reserve hotel rooms starting at $249. The deadline to reserve a room in the IAAO room block is Nov. 9.
