Toni Eichholz is the Community Engagement Coordinator and joined IAAO in 2019. She previously worked for a local Chamber of Commerce as the Membership Specialist.
She also worked as a Designer for KSHB-TV, Bernstein-Rein Advertising and John Deere. Toni started her career with Farmland Foods, a significant subsidiary of Farmland Industries, Inc., which was the largest farmer-owned agricultural cooperative in North America.
She completed the Institute for Organizational Management, a 4-year comprehensive study in the fundamentals of association, chamber, and nonprofit management in 2022.
