Timothy Hall, Sr., AAS, is a first-year board member of the IAAO Board of Directors, representing Region 2. Outside of IAAO he serves as Property Evaluation Analyst/Supervisor for Mobile County, Ala.
He has been an IAAO member since 2019, served on the IAAO Education Committee, Advocacy Task Force, Mentor 2.0 Task Force, and Diversity & Inclusion Task Force. He is a certified IAAO senior instructor. In 2025 , he received the Volunteer of the Year Award, and in 2021, he received the Matylda Zurowska Hudak Member of the Year Award and the Outstanding Chapter/Affiliate of the Year Award.
