A marketing veteran with a 20-year track record in the financial industry, Tammy excels at bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Tammy drives growth at IAAO by spearheading integrated marketing strategies across four core pillars: Professional Development, Business Innovations, Communications & Advocacy, and Community Engagement. Since joining in 2016, she has leveraged her deep background in the financial sector—spanning B2B/B2C, e-commerce, and content strategy—to scale member acquisition and elevate print and digital engagement across social, web, and advertising channels.

A results-oriented strategist, Tammy thrives in complex challenges that expand market presence and strengthen brand equity. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between association goals and audience needs, ensuring every brand interaction is both intentional and impactful in building long-term member loyalty.

A proud graduate of Azusa Pacific University, Tammy received her B.A. degree in Business Administration before finding her passion for marketing. Tammy has a strong appetite for learning and is an active member of the Kansas City chapter of the American Marketing Association. She lives in Kansas City with her husband.
