Stephanie Whitcher is the Deputy Executive Director of IAAO and joined in 2025. She previously worked for a non-profit coaches’ association for over 17 years, serving as the Chief Financial Officer.
She started her career in public accounting as an auditor before transitioning to the private industry. She specialized in non-profit organizations during her public accounting career. She has also worked with for-profit organizations, including telephony consulting services and healthcare.
She received her undergraduate degree in accounting from Kansas State University and her graduate degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. Early in her public account career, she earned her CPA certification.
