Shawn Lee is the Administrative Coordinator and joined IAAO in 2022. She has been administrative as an admin professional for over ten years and previously worked for a nursing school supporting the associate dean of research and serving on the DEI Cabinet for the school.
She also has been recognized by the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as a Small Business Superstar for the fourth year in a row for her professional skills and talents as a photographer and creative.
She is graduating with her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Liberals Arts from the University of Kansas May 2026 adding to her superstar status.
