Sarah Noakes is the Manager of Digital Technology at IAAO and has been with the organization since 2019. In her role, she oversees IAAO’s digital ecosystem, including the website, learning management system, help desk platform, and several other key technologies that support member education and engagement.
With a background that spans animal care, health technology, and association management, Sarah brings a practical, user-focused approach to her work. She specializes in technology and content management, with a particular passion for process improvement—modernizing legacy workflows and optimizing systems through automation and thoughtful digital solutions. Her focus is on ensuring IAAO’s platforms are reliable, up to date, and intuitive, so members can access what they need when they need it.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication from Fort Hays State University and is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Outside of work, she enjoys video games, tabletop gaming, and creative writing.
