Kirk Boone, PPS, AAS, FIAAO is a first-year board member of the IAAO Board of Directors, representing Region 3. Outside of IAAO, he serves as a Teaching Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina School of Government in Chapel Hill.
He became an IAAO instructor in 1998, earning his first designation in 2005, and was named an IAAO Fellow in 2024. Overall he has more than 33 years in the assessment profession and over 25 years as an IAAO member.
