Kimberly Kaylor joined IAAO in 2022 and serves as the Education Services Manager. In this role, she works closely with instructors, coordinators, and students to support and advance IAAO’s educational programs. Kimberly manages the Instructor Recertification Program and the Coordinator Certification Program and serves as the project manager for the Instructor Evaluation Workshop. She also acts as the staff liaison to the Cadastral Mapping Task Force.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Master of Mass Communications (MMC), and a paralegal certificate from the University of South Carolina. Her professional background includes three years as a project director for a nonprofit foundation and 12 years in the education field.
Originally from South Carolina, Kimberly relocated to Kansas City four years ago and now proudly calls it home.
