Kara Endicott, CAE, AAS, RES, is the 2026 IAAO Vice President. Outside of IAAO, she is the Assistant County Appraiser at the Johnson County (Kan.) Appraiser’s Office.
She previously served on the IAAO Board of Directors from 2022 to 2024 as a director. She has been an IAAO member since 2003, earned multiple designations, and has served on several committees and task forces. She has been an IAAO Senior Instructor since 2012 and, in 2021, received the Instructor of Excellence award.
She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in theater arts and in communication from Emporia State University.
