Jarron Paronto is the Director of Credentialing, joining IAAO in 2015. He provides direction and support to IAAO’s current credentialing portfolio, the Professional Designation Program, Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration (CEAA) Program, and Professional Member Program, while overseeing the development of new credentialing offerings. He serves as liaison to the Professional Development Committee.
Jarron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Kansas State University and a Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.). His career has been devoted to program development and management in the not-for-profit sector, earning him Kansas City’s Volunteer Manager of the Year in 2003 and the Missouri Lieutenant Governor’s Service Award in 1998. He previously held the Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) certification with the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration
