Erin Eades is the Senior Director of Professional Development and joined IAAO in 2019 as Operations Manager, PDD.
She previously worked in the rental car industry for 12 years with The Hertz Corporation, focusing on people and operations management, process improvement, and alignment with corporate standards at the location level nationwide. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Charleston (WV).
Outside of IAAO, Erin is a professional musician and songwriter, outdoor enthusiast, and Royals baseball fan.
