Billy Burle is the Associate member of the IAAO Board of Directors, elected in 2024. He is Director, Sales and Customer Service, Data Cloud Solutions, a Woolpert Company, in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
He has worked in the mass appraisal industry for 24 years consulting with hundreds of jurisdictions to implement geospatial and mobile-based technologies to improve workflow processes and increase productivity.
Billy has an extensive background related to geospatial technologies, mobile platforms, and land records management systems. He was a research team member on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Project: The Feasibility of Developing a National Parcel Database and has written multiple congressional testimonies covering geospatial and cadastral-related topics.
Billy has had multiple articles published in IAAO’s “Fair+Equitable” magazine, and served on the IAAO Governance Committee in 2023 and 2024, and the Member FGDC Cadastral Subcommittee in 2022. He also served as a member of the TIAAO Vendor Relationship Committee.
