April 22 – Conference registration for the 2025 IAAO Annual Conference, Sept. 21-24 is now open and the conference hotel is also taking reservations. The Annual Conference will take place at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform to share successes, discover best practices, and learn about the latest research in the field of property appraisal.
Online registration for the conference is open through the IAAO website. Members need to select the IAAO Member Registration button and use the email on file to receive the member discount. Nonmembers should select the Nonmember Registration button.
Conference Fees
Conference registration fees are available on the conference page. The Early Bird registration deadline is Monday, Aug. 22. After that date, registration rates increase to the regular rate until Friday, Sept. 5. After Sept 5 fees will be at the onsite rate.
Conference Sessions
Approximately 65 sessions will be offered at the conference. Full details, including session titles, times, and speakers will be available soon on Research Exchange. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 10.5 credit hours.
Jon Dorenbos, a former player in the National Football League, a magician contestant on “America’s Got Talent,” and author, will be the keynote speaker at the Annual Conference, speaking on Monday, Sept. 22. Carol Cox, founder and CEO of Speaking Your Brand, will be the WIN Luncheon Speaker on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
