IAAO members will be asked to vote on a proposed amendment to the Association’s Bylaws. The amendment process is governed by Article 13, which requires proposed amendments to be approved by the Board of Directors before being submitted to the membership for a vote. The proposed bylaw amendment is procedural in nature and will update the Nominating Committee section of the bylaws. The composition of the Nominating Committee will be moved to the Procedural Rules.

Section 7.3 Nominating Committee
A. The Board of Directors shall annually appoint a Nominating Committee composed of four Regular Members, one of which shall be appointed as chair, and one Associate Member.
