Conference registration for the 2026 IAAO Annual Conference, Oct. 13-16, opens on Tuesday, April 28, and links to the conference hotels will also be released. The Annual Conference will take place at the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary, Canada.
The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform for sharing successes, discovering best practices, and learning about the latest research in property appraisal.
Online registration for the conference will be available through the IAAO website. Members should select the IAAO Member Registration button and use the email on file with IAAO to receive the member discount. Nonmembers should select the Nonmember Registration button, or may join IAAO to be eligible for the member rate.

Conference registration fees are listed on the conference page. The Early Bird registration deadline is Monday, Aug. 28. After that date, registration rates increase to the regular rate until Friday, Sept. 25. After Sept. 25, fees will be at the onsite rate.
Conference Sessions
More than 80 sessions will be offered at the conference. Session names and times will be listed in the June issue of Fair + Equitable, and full details, including session titles, times, and speakers, will be available on Research Exchange in June. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 12 credit hours.

Keynote, special events, & volunteering
Former Canadian Olympian Dr. Hayley Wickenheiser, considered one of the best female hockey players of all time, will be the keynote speaker, and the IAAO Local Host Committee has put together two optional special events, Curling 101: A Canadian Experience and a Self-Guided Day Trip to Banff. IAAO members interested in volunteering at the conference to qualify for the early volunteer registration rate of $785 can complete the application online at www.iaao.org/volunteer2026. Volunteers must sign up for at least six hours to qualify for the reduced rate.
