The Appraisal Foundation and The Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) have extended the public comment period for the second exposure draft of the proposed revisions to the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria.
IAAO encourages members, assessors, appraisers, and oversight agencies to review the proposed revisions and submit feedback before the new deadline of August 30, 2026. The second exposure draft and instructions for submitting comments are available on The Appraisal Foundation’s website using the link below.
