USPAP and Appraiser Regulatory Committee

Vett and encourage members to participate on the Appraisal Foundation Board of Trustees (BOT), the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB), and the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB). Keep the IAAO Board of Directors updated on proposed changes by the ASB, and the AQB, paying specific attention to USPAP; writing comments on Exposure Drafts for approval by the Board of Directors, and attend meetings of the BOT, the ASB, and the AQB.
