Connecting and empowering women in the assessment profession

About WIN

The Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) is an IAAO Affinity Group dedicated to supporting women in the assessment profession through mentorship, education, and networking opportunities. Since our founding in 2015, WIN has provided a platform for women to share experiences, develop leadership skills, and advance professionally within the property assessment field.

Our mission is to create a supportive community that fosters the growth and success of women in assessment through collaborative learning, professional development, and advocacy.

WIN’ing Conversations

Our quarterly webinar series focuses on professional development topics relevant to the assessment field. The 2026 theme is “Growth at Every Stage” with seasonal focus areas:

Q1: Personal Growth and Self-Awareness – Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Growing with Intention: Self-Awareness at Every Stage of Your Career Presented by Rebecca Malmquist, CAE, FIAAO, SAMA

Growth doesn’t happen by accident—it starts with self-awareness. In this interactive webinar, participants will explore how self-awareness serves as the foundation for personal, professional, and leadership growth. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and a brief self-assessment, attendees will gain insight into their values, triggers, and impact—and learn how to turn everyday work experiences into opportunities for growth.

Designed for professionals at every career stage, this session will help you pause with purpose, take ownership of how you show up, and grow with clarity and confidence.

Participants will leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of internal and external self-awareness
  • A self-assessment to identify their current growth stage
  • Practical tools to navigate feedback, stress, and change
  • One actionable growth experiment to apply immediately

Whether you are early in your career or stepping into expanded leadership responsibilities, this session will support you in growing with intention—wherever you are in your journey.
