About WIN
The Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) is an IAAO Affinity Group dedicated to supporting women in the assessment profession through mentorship, education, and networking opportunities. Since our founding in 2015, WIN has provided a platform for women to share experiences, develop leadership skills, and advance professionally within the property assessment field.
Our mission is to create a supportive community that fosters the growth and success of women in assessment through collaborative learning, professional development, and advocacy.

WIN’ing Conversations
Our quarterly webinar series focuses on professional development topics relevant to the assessment field. The 2026 theme is “Growth at Every Stage” with seasonal focus areas:

- WIN Luncheon featuring guest speaker (to be announced)
- Interactive two-part session featuring WIN leadership addressing succession planning, strategic renewal, resilience building, and collaboration through practical garden metaphors
