For more than two decades, I have dedicated my career to advancing the assessment profession through leadership, innovation, education, and service. As Regional Manager for Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada, I bring a unique combination of front line appraisal experience, policy expertise, organizational leadership, and international professional engagement.
Since beginning my career in assessment in 2006, I have served as an appraiser, business analyst, and regional manager, developing a comprehensive understanding of the profession from valuation practice to leadership. My career has been built on a commitment to fairness, public trust, professional excellence, and continuous improvement.
I am a passionate advocate for the assessment profession and have been a leader within both provincial and international professional organizations. I have served on the Executive Council of the Saskatchewan Assessment Appraisers’ Association (SAAA) for nearly two decades, including multiple terms as President, Vice-President, Director, and Past President. Throughout my service, I have championed professional development, communications, legislative initiatives, succession planning, and member engagement while helping guide the organization through periods of growth and change.
Within the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), I have established myself as an energetic and collaborative leader. I currently serve as Chair of the Conference Content Committee, I’ve been an active committee member and vice-chair, I also provide leadership within the Launch Pad Affinity group, and have represented Saskatchewan within IAAO since 2019. I am committed to creating opportunities for professional growth and meaningful engagement and have helped connect members across jurisdictions, generations, and professional backgrounds.
