Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored, less a $150 processing fee, ONLY if received in writing by Nov. 1. No refunds will be made after Nov. 1. No refunds are given for no-shows. Substitutions are allowed with a $50 processing fee.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all conference programs and events, whether officially sponsored by IAAO or not. IAAO is dedicated to providing an enjoyable conference experience for everyone and we will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the
Be Well Agreement
Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that the attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless the International Association of Assessing Officers (“IAAO”) and its employees, agents, and representatives of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance, the attendee agrees to comply with all health-related procedures that may be implemented by IAAO, convention centers, and hotels, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher risks, to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees.
Photo & Video Policy
Registrants of IAAO events agree to allow IAAO and its official photographer to photograph or video them in the context of the event. Footage captured may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
Email Policy
IAAO communicates with attendees via email. In addition, IAAO notifies attendees regarding other programs, products, and events via emails, and you may update your email preferences online in your account at www.iaao.org.
