Barbra Flannery joined IAAO in 2024 as an Instructional Designer with the Professional Development team. She designs engaging, learner-centered experiences that support effective professional development.
Her prior experience includes 16 years in the banking industry, where she designed, developed, and facilitated corporate training initiatives that supported performance and professional growth.
Outside of work, Barbra enjoys following professional and college sports, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas State Wildcats. She also enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
