VIVIAN WILHOITE
Assessor of Property

Serving on the IAAO Board is a privilege to help shape the future of an organization whose mission and impact I deeply value. I am committed to contributing strategically, listening and learning, and collaborating with purpose-driven leaders to make decisions that create changes that are lasting and positive.
As Assessor of Property for Nashville-Davidson County, now in my third term, my leadership is guided by a principle I hold close: to lean not on my own understanding, but to seek wisdom, unity, and service to others.
If elected, I will work to advance the Board’s mission and strategic goals while championing initiatives that strengthen our profession, our members, and our shared future.
I am ready, willing, and honored to serve, and I humbly ask for your vote for Region 2 Board Member.
