Join us in Denver to hear keynote by Terrell Davis
NFL Hall of Famer and former Denver Broncos running back Terrell Davis will be the keynote speaker at the IAAO Annual Conference in Denver, presenting on Monday, Aug. 26 as part of the Opening Session.
Davis is the Denver Broncos' all-time leading rusher, with 7,607 rushing yards and he still holds the NFL record for most rushing touchdowns in a single postseason, scoring eight in the 1997 playoffs, which resulted in him winning the Super Bowl MVP award.
Davis was inducted into the Broncos Ring of Fame in 2007 and into the NFL Hall of Fame in 2017. He’s now a partner in Alpha 1 Tax & Wealth in Denver and his philanthropic work is focused on the Boys & Girls Club of America.
Registration open for Annual Conference in Denver
Conference registration and hotel reservations for the 2024 IAAO Annual Conference, Aug. 25-28 in Denver are now open. The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform to share successes, discover best practices, and learn about the latest research in the field of property appraisal.
Conference Fees
Conference registration fees are available on the conference page. The Early Bird registration deadline is Monday, July 15. After that date registration rates increase to the regular rate until Friday, Aug. 9. After Aug. 9 fees will be at the onsite rate. Attendees also can sign up for the optional Mock Trial Workshop, the Women's Initiative Luncheon, and WIN Wine Mixer.
Wednesday Workshops
New this year are Wednesday Workshops from 2:00 to 4:30 pm on Wednesday, Aug. 28. The workshops are free, but attendees need to select one during registration.

Hotel Reservations
Members or nonmembers planning on attending the Annual Conference may now reserve a room through links at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. Rooms may be limited prior to the Conference and IAAO is working to secure additional rooms.
90th Anniversary
IAAO is celebrating its 90th Anniversary and the Paul V. Corusy  Memorial Library is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2024. As part of the celebrations, IAAO is offering a free conference T-shirt to the first 90 conference registrants who request a T-shirt. Additional T-shirts will be available to purchase for $20 each.
Conference Sessions
Approximately 60 sessions will be offered at the conference. Full details, including session titles, times, and speakers will be available soon on Research Exchange. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 12.5 credit hours. Four additional CE hours are available for preconference Mock Trial, which is $150 for members and $220 for nonmembers.
Excursion to Red Rock and Disc Golf event
The Local Host Task Force is planning a Red Rock Self-Guided Tour and Disc Golf tournament on Sunday, Aug. 25. Additional details and registration information will be released soon by the Local Host group.
