Registration is now open for the Emerging Leaders' Summit,
which will be offered through two webinars over the summer and wraps up
with a program at the IAAO Annual Conference in Salt Lake City.
This year's theme for the Emerging Leaders' Summit is Building High Performing Teams.
Building a high performing team is no small feat. But when armed with
the right tools, skills, and mindset, leaders and their employees find
their work not only doable, but also fulfilling and even joyful.
In
doing so, groups of coworkers are transformed into motivated,
committed, and interdependent teams who consistently meet and even
exceed expectations. Topics include developing team values, assumptions,
and norms; leveraging diversity in teams (it’s more than you think);
understanding culture as an evolving entity where people and processes
merge, and so much more.
Summit Schedule
This
program will be presented in three parts: two webinars (July 18 and
Aug. 15), with the culminating third session to be presented at the IAAO
Annual Conference, Aug. 27-30 in Salt Lake City. The final session will be recorded for those unable to attend.
The
conference session will be led by Judy Favor, Ph.D., award-winning
coach, author, educator, and speaker. Having presented the wildly
successful GROW into Coaching session at the IAAO Annual Conference in
2021, we are excited to have Dr. Favor present this special session on
building high-performing teams.
Registration
Fees
for the Emerging Leaders' Summit are $295 for IAAO members and $395 for
non-members. Registration is open through June 30. Scholarships
are available to members to attend educational programs. For more
information, see the scholarship page. Annual Conference registration is handled separately.
