Western New York Chapter of IAAO
WNY-IAAO was founded in 1991 with these stated objectives and goals:
- To elevate the standards of the assessment profession;
- To enhance the professional stature and recognition of the assessment and real estate appraisal professions;
- To increase public education regarding the real property tax system; and
- To provide an information and communications resource to its membership as well as all assessment and real estate appraisal practitioners within the fourteen counties of Western New York.
