WAAO was created as a volunteer association to provide Wisconsin property assessment professionals a support organization committed to promoting the public good by elevating ethical and professional standards through professional development, continuing education, and public awareness of Wisconsin's assessment process. The officers and directors of WAAO strive to uphold the ideals of fair and equitable assessment practices for all property owners throughout Wisconsin.
