Maine Association of Assessing Officers

The Maine Association of Assessing Officers (MAAO) is a nonpolitical and nonpartisan organization promoting the responsible and equitable assessment of real and personal property for the purposes of ad valorem municipal property taxation. The focus of the MAAO is the exchange of education, ideals and information through the united efforts and cooperation of its membership.
