The International Association of Assessing Officers Technical Standards Committee is in the process of updating the Standard on Automated Valuation Models (AVMs).

As part of that process, the committee is conducting a brief survey to determine level of agreement with a number of statements related to AVM development, testing, and use. The survey is directed to a broad cross-section of AVM developers and users. Your participation in the survey is very much appreciated. No personal contact information from the survey will be shared.
