2021 IAAO Annual Conference

Registration for the 2021 IAAO Annual Conference will open May 21. The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago and the hotel room block is now open. Members planning on attending the IAAO Annual Conference, Aug. 29 – Sept. 1, may now reserve a hotel room. See the conference hotel page for more information.

The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform to share successes, discover best practices, and learn from expert colleagues the latest research in the field of property appraisal. Educational sessions, networking opportunities and events, and a varied exposition equip assessment professionals with the tools needed to succeed.

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to interact with peers from across the country as well as from around the globe. 

The virtual conference component will include access to a select number of education sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitors/sponsors, and more!


More than 70 sessions will be offered at the conference and in-person attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 13 credit hours and 12 preselected credit hours will be available to virtual attendees via the livestream.



Registration fees for members will be $645 until July 16, and then $770 until Aug. 13, and $895 on site. Fees for nonmembers will be $845 until July 16, $970 until Aug. 13, and $1,095 on site.


Registration fees for the virtual component will be $345 until July 16, and then $545. For nonmembers fees will be $545 until July 16 and then $795.

The CDC announced on May 13 that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
