Conference Hotels
The IAAO Annual Conference group hotel rate is $169 single/double occupancy (plus taxes) at both conference hotels. Be sure to reference the IAAO conference when making your reservations. Make your reservations early as the deadline to secure your reservation at the group rate is August 1, however the hotels may sell out prior to the deadline date.
Please Note: if you are contacted by a firm offering to book hotel rooms at a lower cost you are urged to say “NO” and only book directly with the hotel, using the link on our website. Other Associations have found that firms contacting members may only be looking for credit card information or will book attendees with rooms that have large cancelation fees.

There is limited availability for stays involving Saturday night, August 27th and/or Wednesday night, August 31st at the Embassy Suites.
The Embassy Suites is located downtown and is connected by Skybridge to Tampa Convention Center. The streetcar to Channelside Bay Plaza and Ybor City stops at the hotel’s front door. This is an ideal location and fit for meetings, conventions and leisure. Each suite is beautifully decorated with a private bedroom and spacious living room, two televisions with cable and in-room movies, two telephones with computer port and high-speed Internet access (HSIA $9.95 Per 24 Hours).
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and well-lit dining/work table. Suites are equipped with a wet bar, microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator. Accessories include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in-room safe and complimentary newspaper. Non-smoking and accessible rooms are provided. The Embassy Suites Starbucks Cafe sells high-quality whole coffee beans along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections.
