In addition, from the Welcome Reception on Sunday to the Closing Banquet on Wednesday night, all key conference events will take place in one location this year, the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Attendees are welcome to explore beyond the Hyatt, but in Chicago, as in any big city, be aware of your surroundings, and make sure you know where you are going. For questions or directions, the hotel concierge is a local expert and is ready to help you find options to meet your needs and address any questions you may have. Also see statement from Choose Chicago.

Which airport should I fly into - Chicago O'Hare or Midway?
Either airport should work. Chicago has two airports, Chicago O’Hare (ORD), a major international airport served by many airlines, and Chicago Midway (MDW), which has fewer airlines outside of Southwest but may offer more convenient access to the city. The choice may depend on the airline chosen or scheduling. For a comparison, see the following.  IAAO does not provide transportation from the airports to the hotel.

What is the attire for the conference?

Sports coats or business casual for Welcome Reception and business casual for educational sessions. Evening wear or formal wear have traditionally been worn at the Closing Banquet.

Where can I get a COVID-19 test in Chicago?
There are CVS and Walgreens locations within a 10-minute walk of the Hyatt Regency. You'll need to make an appointment for your test ahead of time.
