IAAO involvement and achievements
Roderick is a member in good standing of the International Association of Assessing Officers and has earned both the Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS) and the Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) designations. He was appointed to the 2022 IAAO Diversity and Inclusion Task Force.

In 2021, under Roderick’s administration, the Board of Assessors received the Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration (CEAA) designation from IAAO, which recognizes governmental units and individuals involved with assessment that integrate best practices in the workplace.

Campaign pledge
If elected to the Board of Directors of Region 2, I pledge to bring a fresh perspective to the organization. I will focus my energies on supporting the mission of IAAO, identifying ways to increase membership, promote greater membership involvement, and promote the benefits of the professional designation programs.
