IAAO Webinar Series - The RES Case Study Review Workshop provides a topical review and case study for the valuation of residential property. It is designed to assist candidates in preparing to complete the residential case study examination towards either the RES or CAE designations. This workshop reviews key concepts and introduces candidates to the structure of the case study examination, ending with a practice exam. It does not cover all the topics that comprise the exam; additional study required. Participants are to have had at least the basic appraisal courses and have experience in the appraisal of residential property. This is not an introductory workshop. The workshop is approximately 25% lecture and 75% problem solving. 18.5 Hours of CEU
