The two-day seminar is for attorneys, assessors, and appraisal personnel who want to be better prepared for appeals that progress to court hearings.

At the current time IAAO is continuing to plan for the Prep & Trial Seminar to take place as scheduled. If IAAO cancels the seminar due to Coronavirus travel and meeting restrictions, a full registration refund will be issued to each attendee. IAAO is continuously monitoring the situation, and will communicate any pertinent information if the meeting status changes. If the meeting is held as planned, requests for refunds received in writing by May 17, 2020 will be honored, less a $50 processing fee.
