IAAO website down on Thursday for software update;
includes new password requirements
The IAAO website will be unavailable for most of the day on Thursday, December 12, 2019, while IAAO updates the software for the website and association's database.
New website password requirements
The new software brings IAAO inline with updated security standards and will require some members to update their password to be at least 7 characters long and include at least one (1) uppercase letter, one (1) lowercase letter, and one (1) number. If your password does not meet the requirements, the next time you visit the site you will be asked to update your password.
If you do not know your password, you can use the forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset your password.
