TO: IAAO Members
By a copy of this memo, I wanted to personally let every member know in advance that with excitement and mixed emotions I have decided to start the next chapter of my life – RETIREMENT on September 30, 2020, which is on the agenda also for many of you as members.

During my tenure, I have thoroughly enjoyed all the relationships I have developed over the years and will continue to cherish the memories I have of these relationships and everyone who has contributed to the success of IAAO today.
The association has certainly grown and will continue to grow with a very experienced and strong Board of Directors, and management team leading the way. I feel great about where IAAO is today, but more importantly, its ability to be resilient and thrive in the future.
Our members and employees are truly the biggest asset of IAAO, and I will miss the day to day interaction with them.
It is hard to say good-bye to such a major part of my life for the past five-plus years, but IAAO is in good hands! God bless you all and thank you for your support, engagement, and belief in IAAO and the change we are moving the organization in to meet the challenges ahead for the next 85 years.
I will treasure my time representing each of you always.
Thank you.
