This month's cover story shares Maricopa County's experience integrating Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML) into mass appraisal. Their use of PMML in modeling with a CAMA system was a popular topic at the 2017 GIS/CAMA Technologies Conference and it will be discussed again at the 2017 IAAO Annual Conference.
