presentation will cover the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on lodging
properties and restaurants. These two property types have been more
affected than any other due to travel and safety restrictions due to
crowds gathering. Topics will include: Prior Recessions and Expansions,
COVID-19 impact projections and timelines, industry projections for
COVID-19 impact on value, and suggested valuation approaches for
pandemic adjustments.
