2021 Annual Conference sessions information released,
hotel reservations available, registration to start soon
Planning for the IAAO 2021 Annual Conference, Aug. 29 to Sept. 1 in Chicago, continues and IAAO is working with the city of Chicago and the Hyatt Regency Chicago to ensure attendees have a safe meeting environment.
 
Please click on the following link for a short survey regarding whether you plan on attending conference, in-person, or virtually. The survey deadline is Noon Central, Friday, May 7.
 
 
Conference Sessions
More than 70 sessions are scheduled to be offered at the conference, covering the following topics: Appraising Property, Collecting and Maintaining Property Data, Developing and Managing Cadastral Data, Leading and Managing the Assessment Office, Managing Complaints and Appeals, Managing Public Relations and Communications, Oversight and Compliance Review, Working within the Legal Framework, Exhibitor Solutions, and Future Trends.

Hotel Reservations
The 2021 Annual Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Members or nonmembers planning on attending the Annual Conference may now reserve a room.
 
 
A one-night deposit of room and tax is required to hold the room but may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
 
Conference Registration
Conference registration will open in May. The registration fee for members will be $645 until July 16, then $770 until Aug. 13, and $895 on site. The nonmember registration fee will be $845 until July 16, $970 until Aug. 13, and $1,095 on site.
 
Additionally, a virtual registration opportunity will be made available in the coming months, and will include access to a select number of education sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitors/sponsors, and more!
 
The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform to share successes, discover best practices, and learn the latest research in the field of property appraisal. Educational sessions, networking opportunities and events, and a varied exposition will equip attendees with the tools needed to succeed.
