The Georgia Association of Assessing Officials (GAAO) is a professional organization of approximately 1,600 appraisers, assessors, and other professionals dedicated to promoting and achieving the highest standards in assessment administration in Georgia.
Our Mission Statement: To promote integrity and professionalism in assessment administration through education, leadership, and cooperation.
GAAO has a membership option for anyone who has an expressed and bona fide interest in tax assessment and administration and who subscribes to the objectives of the Association.
