The revitalized "Oregon" chapter is now The Columbia River Chapter of IAAO, effective January 2008! Our new name reflects the demographics of our Northwest membership, being all of Oregon and part of Southwest Washington. This chapter is comprised of local and state property Assessment and Taxation jurisdictions and disciplines, as well as private-sector stakeholders. We plan to meet quarterly in the Portland-Metro area.
